So, according to Aaj Tak, her manager reportedly claimed that her social media account was hacked and that she didn’t write that post, despite Zaira accepting that she has written the post herself. Furthermore, talking to Republic TV, Zaira's manager said that she has been misquoted. "I've been misquoted. No one has hacked. The reports are untrue. If she has said that she wants to do something, she sure has a reason behind it."
Well, now putting all speculations and misunderstandings to rest, the actress came ahead to lend a clarification.
Last evening, when she officially announced of her decision to quit films, in no time, her decision sparked a debate on Twitter, while many respected her decision, others said that quitting a profession due to religion is not justified. Reacting on Zaria’s decision, Raveena Tandon slammed the Secret Superstar actress by calling her “ungrateful”. In her tweet, she wrote, “Doesn’t matter if two film olds are ungrateful to the industry that has given them all. Just wish they’d exit gracefully and keep their regressive views to themselves.” The Sky Is Pink producers and Dangal filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari also reacted.
Wasim’s next is The Sky is Pink, which stars Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Farhan Akhtar in lead roles. The shooting of the film was completed in March and the cast and crew recently celebrated its wrap-up party in Mumbai where Zaira was also present.
